The Human Resource Management Office also serves as a strategic partner alongside the district administration and Board of Education in meeting the vision, mission and goals of the Teaneck Public School District. The Office is committed to taking a leadership role in providing services that support the District’s strategic plan by providing an optimal work environment for high productivity, continuous improvement and supreme customer service. This is accomplished by providing a full range of centralized, comprehensive human resource management services for employees of the district. The Human Resource Management Office also works with the staff to ensure compliance with all Federal, state, and local laws pertaining to personnel matters, including equal employment opportunity.
